I’m having a few weeks’ break, and will be back at work on Monday 9th March, refreshed and ready for a big year ahead.
2019 was very busy, with lots of changes as I moved away from counselling, to focus almost totally on using hypnotherapy to help people with their issues. There was an increase in people seeking help with unwanted habits such as smoking, drinking and gambling, as well as an increase in people with trauma related issues. It’s an honour and privilege to be involved in this healing work.
I also attended several workshops and courses, as well as the pinnacle of my hypnosis career, the HypnoThoughts Conference in Las Vegas in August. I will be attending this conference again in August 2020, and will do an internationally recognised course in Hypnotherapy for children and adolescents. I’m looking forward to this; so far all my training has focussed on adults.
The first participants in this program are starting to come in for their follow up appointments. All have shed unwanted weight and made long-term changes to their eating habits. The feedback about the program and its impact is overwhelmingly positive.
Anxiety is by far the most common reason people seek out my help, and over time I’ve found that best results are gained over 3 session of hypnotherapy.
I’ve put together a Hypnotherapy for Anxiety Program which includes 3 sessions of hypnotherapy and specially designed recordings.
You can find out more information about the program here.
Newcastle Hypnotherapy’s Facebook page provides information on current issues related to hypnotherapy, and mental health, and I regularly post some words of wisdom or topical anecdotes. It’s also where I post information about special offers and programs.

I’ve received some great feedback lately, from people I’ve had as clients. Feedback and reviews are not just helpful to me, but they help others to make up their mind about whether to come and see me.
Please feel free to provide me with feedback about my services if you haven’t already done so. You can do this by sending an email or letter, or by clicking on this link
I’ll be having a family break in snowy Canada for the next couple of weeks, enjoying a break from the heat and humidity. I will be checking my emails and voicemails while I’m away.
